The smallest of the series of free standing vacuum packing machines with the vertical chamber arrangement (PV) produced by TEPRO. Machine is made with high quality stainless steel with attention of all hygienic standards. Packing machine has a vacuum chamber with dimensions of 630 x 825 x 415 mm, pneumatically openable to the width of 400 mm. The chamber is equipped with internal roller table with adjustable height, facilitating the introduction of the product. The chamber allows the insight into the packaging process through the polycarbonate window located on the its upper surface.
Depending on the requirements the machine can be equipped with modified atmosphere (MAP) application system.
Vertical vacuum packers are designed for packing of food and technical products into barrier film bags. Machines are particularly recommended for liquid, semi liquid and powdery products. Vertical position of bags prevents the products from spilling during the packaging. Furthermore, the orientation of bags has positive effect on the arrangement of powdery products or granulates in the packaging.
PV – type vacuum packers can be connected to the central vacuum system of the production plant or work with the external TEPRO vacuum pump.
