Automatic tempering unit HTM 25S

Automatic flux tempering unit HTM 25 S is a similar to HTM 25 machine, but smaller and the same big performance. It is designed to provide chocolate controlled heating and cooling process within restricted temperature frame work. This technic creates possibility to control cocoa butter crystallization process, which gives chocolate required hardiness, durability and shine.
