Sheeting line and Laminator
RADINI SHEETING LINE AND LAMINATOR
Rademaker is well known for high end and high-volume bakery production equipment. Today the artisanal bakery sector requires more and more flexible, automated production equipment at midsized production capacity. Radini is the answer to these requests, a production system for bakeries that enter the automated market: The point where artisanal and automated production meet.

● PRE-SHEETING 
Creates a continuous dough sheet. Also, a dough sheet can be created from laminated dough blocks. 

● FAT ENCLOSURE 
In case of laminated dough products, fat is enclosed in the dough sheet by means of a fat pump or the manual application of fat. 

● SHEETING 
Reduction stations are used to create a consistent and high-quality dough sheet. Different calibration units are used in different stages of the sheeting process. 

● LAMINATING 
The laminating system creates a lamina- ted dough sheet on a subsequent section. The design of the unit enables the production of high quality, stress-free dough. 

● CONTROL INTERFACE
The line’s control interface is located at the start of the final sheeting section. The 15” touch panel can be tilted to the preference of the operator. 

● SHEET WIDTH 
The cross roller gives the dough sheet an optimal width by means of a driven lateral roller that works the sheet.

● SHEET THICKNESS 
A various number of gauging stations can be included in the sheeting line to achieve a minimum dough sheet thickness of 2 mm.

● END MODULE 
The end of the sheeting line: to transfer the dough sheet to a downstream system or to cut the sheet 
in dough blocks by means of a rotary cutter.

A combination of a PLC control system and a PC oriented controls interface creates an optimal combination of system intelligence, safety and ease of operation. Line controls, extensive recipe management and performance insights are included in the HMI.
