The US series is a compact mechanical egg grader that is fully capable of egg washing requirement and covers capacity ranges from 3,600 to 10,000 eggs per hour. - Egg Feeding Conveyor
Egg feeding conveyor enables maximum of 6-line egg feeding/loading at one time. It reduces the operational burden of egg feeding and make the egg inspection easier. Also, egg lifter is available to achieve better efficiency.
Compatible Models: US-36 (Egg Feeding Conveyor is a standard equipment for US-51 and US-100)
- Egg Lifter
The egg lifter is available for US series egg grader. This optional equipment ensures easy operation for transferring eggs from trays to infeed section. The rubber cup unit is detachable, so very easy to clean.

- Egg Candling Booth
The egg candling booth is available for US series egg grader. This optional equipment allows operator to apply accurate inspection for eggs. The egg candling booth comes with candling mirror, light source, and blackout curtain.

- UV Sterilizing Device
UV sterilizing is applied to the surface of the egg on the conveyor.This is a device with high disinfection effect by irradiating ultraviolet rays on an egg flowing through the conveyor and kill bacteria of the eggshell surface.

- Injection PumpInjection
Pump is used to inject Sodium Hypochlorite to the egg washing water. Sodium Hypochlorite has a great efficiency on disinfection of bacteria. However, to avoid the corrosion of metal parts, it is necessary to rinse inside the machine.
