Kureha Auto Packer (KAP) is an automated filling and clipping machine designed for mass production of sausages with Krehalon Film. A broad range of KAP models are available to suit various contents, product sizes and applications, helping to enhance productivity.

FEATURES
  1.  Easy operation; a touch screen can easily perform operation and adjustment of the equipment. The productivity was improved by mechanical and software measures and a number of production losses are reduced.
  2. Stainless materials were adopted to the main sections in order to enhance the sanitary conditions.
  3. The lubricant-free driving unit was adopted for environmental reasons.
  4. The linear motion guide was adopted to the mold sliding part, and the shape of clip is stabilized.
  5. The semiconductor-type oscillator was adopted to the high frequency welding, and the sealing condition is stabilized.
