Magic Hand (4-row) MH-4
The Ultimate Incrusting Machine, MAGICHAND, is capable of producing sensitive fermented dough products, like bread, doughnuts, Chinese buns and other products of quality higher than those produced by manual incrusting. The resulting products made by MAGICHAND are of excellent quality. The mechanical method is the same as manual incrusting of double folding (turn-over) of placing filling (bean jelly of cream) onto the center of the round or square sheet of dough.
The MAGICHAND can deposits plenty of filling and does not damage the dough. The resultant products are more beautiful than those created by hand.

FEATURES
● SHEET INCRUSTING
The MAGICHAND deposits the filling onto the center of the dough sheet at one section. This Ultimate Incrusting Machine can make products which are more stable and of higher quality than those produced by hand. The machine does not utilize any cups, so the product’s weight is freely selectable with a wide range available from 50 grams to 200 grams. Multiproduct production is possible by only one of MAGICHAND!

● NO DAMTE to THE PRODUCGTS
When placing the filling onto the center of the dough sheet, the dough sheet is dipped and depressed by the placement pressure of the filling so there is no damage to the dough. Even yeasted dough which starts fermenting by time and heat during the production process is unaffected by MAGICHAND.
It works at short intervals without adding any extra heat. Thus, MABICHAND creates dough-friendly and stable products.

● MECHATRONICS DESIGN and SIZE
The machine is installed with many servo motors. With and installation area of less than 1/3 of conventional machine, MAGICHAND is simple, compact and easy to clean.

● FILLING DEPOSITTING
MAGICHAND can incrust large, solid material (the diameter is 25mm to 32mm). It also incrusts low viscosity materials like curry or soup. The outer dough and the filling ration can be 1:1.3 to 1.5 or more.
