Process sequence:
● Feeding of the vacuum hopper
● The product is preminced, mixed and deaerated
● The product can be heated or cooled by the double jacket or by the direct steaming/steam nozzles
● The deaerated product is emulsified and pumped out
● A different fineness can be achieved, by using different hole plates and knife heads; 2, 3, 6 winged
● To achieve finest particle sizes, the product can be recirculated into the hopper via a recirculating system
