After beans are set in a kettle and a switch is turned on, the machine detects temperature difference in four seasons and performs a series of processes, such as water feeding, heating, removal of astringent, final cooking and supplement of water in a fully automatic mode to produce uniformed products of high quality, while controlling steam calories.
The kettle is excellent in heat transfer and water convection and always promotes cooking in a constant condition to always provide uniformed products with a high yield and without insufficient cooking, deformed and cracked beans.
The electric hoist facilitates feeding and discharging of baskets.
